The Mavericks Policy (Exchange & Return)
At SWAY, our goal is for you to feel complete satisfaction with your "art piece." We understand that the online experience may raise some questions, so we have established simple rules that protect both rights.
1. Exchange and Return Period:
You can request an exchange or return within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment.
2. Product Condition:
Since we provide "Crafted Art," the piece must be in its original condition (unwashed, no perfume scent, and with its original tags attached).
Please preserve the unique SWAY shipping bag, as it is an integral part of the product's value.
3. Exchange (Size or Model):
If you find that the Oversized fit needs adjustment, we will exchange it for you immediately.
The customer bears the shipping costs for the replacement piece, except in the case of a manufacturing defect (which is very rare given our quality control system).
4. Manufacturing Defects:
If you receive a piece with any issue in the printing or the fabric, we sincerely apologize. In this case, we cover all shipping costs both ways or offer a full refund.
5. The "Colors Explosion" Collection:
As mentioned, every piece in the Tie-Dye collection is unique (One of a kind). A slight variation in color distribution from the photo is an artistic feature, not a defect; however, we allow exchanges if the overall mood does not meet your expectations.
How to request an exchange?
Simply send a message via WhatsApp or Instagram DM with your order number, and the SWAY team will arrange everything for you as quickly as possible.
