By using and accessing SwayMaverick.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all the terms mentioned herein.
2. Intellectual Property
All designs, logos, and "Crafted Art" concepts are the exclusive property and intellectual rights of the SWAY brand.
It is strictly prohibited to quote, imitate, or reuse the "Maverick" identity for commercial purposes without prior written permission.
3. Product Nature and Accuracy
We make every effort to display colors and materials accurately; however, pieces in the (Colors Explosion) collection are "One of a Kind".
Any slight variation in color distribution from the images is considered an artistic feature resulting from the handmade process and is not a defect.
4. Orders and Pricing
We reserve the right to adjust prices or cancel orders in the event of a technical pricing error or insufficient stock of limited editions.
Orders are confirmed after communicating with the customer via phone or text message to ensure order validity.
5. Limitation of Liability
SWAY is not responsible for any damage to the product resulting from misuse or following washing methods that violate the "Care Instructions" provided with the product.
Our commitment is limited to the quality of the fabric and printing at the time of delivery, as outlined in the Exchange and Return Policy.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any dispute arising shall be settled before the competent courts.
